All custom clips are produced in the order they are received. Once your custom request is approved and paid for, using one of My approved payment methods that I will list in your confirmation email, they will be added to My shoot queue. The typical turnaround time is 3-4 weeks once payment is received and occasionally can take up to 6 weeks depending on the number of customs I have in My queue. If you simply cannot wait, a rush fee can be added to expedite the creation of your clip.
All clips are shot in 1920×1080 HD; if another format is desired let Me know. Requests for clips with heavy editing, such as the case for mesmerize or gooner content with special effects and layers will require an additional fee. Let Me know what you had in mind so I can create an accurate quote.
